Villa Kilauea sits on the collines de Bellet, the only AOC-classified vineyard within Nice itself, twelve minutes by car from the Promenade des Anglais yet removed from the city's pace. The property comprises four guest rooms and suites—Chambre Jasmin, Chambre Lavande, Chambre Rose, and Suite Orchidée—each with independent entrance, private terrace, and Mediterranean-inspired décor. An apartment, Reine Marie, offers an alternative for guests drawn to the city center's proximity to the sea.
The villa was conceived as more than accommodation. Nathalie and Gérard Graffagnino designed the space around intimacy, space, and attention to detail. Luxury here expresses itself not in appearance but in silence, room, and the care taken with each element. The heated infinity pool, set among olives and cypresses with the Bellet vineyard as horizon, becomes the natural center of the day—a place to slow rhythm, read in olive shade, or watch the light move across the Mercantour peaks.
Breakfast anchors the rhythm. Each morning, artisanal breads, fresh fruit, local products, and hot beverages are served on the pool terrace, in the pool house, or in the light-filled dining room. The setting invites guests to linger before venturing to nearby destinations: Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Èze, Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, or the Parc du Mercantour.
